Blum-ing marvellous result for The Invisible Man Stateside

Blumhouse has done it again, turning a small budget into big bucks as The Invisible Man shot straight to the top of the US Chart.
The film, which stars Elisabeth Moss, debuted in pole position with $29m, overtaking speed-merchant Sonic The Hedgehog, who had to settle for second spot.
Harrison Ford and his canine companion slid to third with Jack London’s The Call Of The Wild, while a new entry in the form of animated sequel My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising opened in fourth with $5m.
Bad Boys For Life and Birds Of Prey come in fifth and sixth, with prank comedy Impractical Jokers in seventh.
War drama 1917, horror Brahms: The Boy II and fellow chiller Fantasy Island complete the top ten.
