Latest Bond gunning for third week at top of UK

Daniel Craig’s final outing as Bond continued to ride high in the UK Charts after a third week in top spot.
No Time To Die, which is directed by Cary Fukunaga, took another £8.4m and continued to hold its nearest challenger, a newcomer in the form of Tom Hardy’s symbiote Venom. The comic adaptation sequel, which is directed by Andy Serkis, took second place with £6.1m.
Third place went to fellow newbie horror sequel Halloween Kills, featuring Jamie Lee Curtis, with spooky animation The Addams Family in fourth.
Elsewhere another animation, Ron’s Gone Wrong which features Zach Galifianakis, opened in fifth with £868k with another newcomer in Ridley Scott’s medieval epic The Last Duel, starring Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Jodie Comer, bowed with £325k.
Marvel’s Shang Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings slipped down to seventh, while Indian film Honsla Rakh opened in eighth.
Family favourite Paw Patrol lay down in ninth, with Irish drama Arracht opening in tenth.
